    1. If the course has a guest icon ( ) you can participate without first registering with Talking Communities.
    2. All other courses are either free or paid but require registration. You can register for free with Talking Communities here (need to confirm your email after registration).
    3. Click on the course you want to join. You may need to return to "Home" to find your course.
    4. Enrol in the course. Some courses need payment through Paypal before you can join. If the course is free, there is a link on the left side that says "Enrol me in this course".
    5. Once you have enrolled in the course, certain "Resources" will be seen on the screen. These include documents that can be viewed or downloaded, live classrooms for teaching, quizes, lessons, forums, etc.

Live Video Stream Integration into a TC ConferenceRoom
This course allows guest users to enter  

On January 15 at 4:30 pm CST (5:30 EST), Steven Hoffmann will be giving a workshop on integration of Live Video streaming into a Talking Communities conference room. This workshop, which is open to the public, will demonstrate how to utilize free live video streaming inside the collaboration environment of a web conference room.  Hoffmann will show how to integrate PowerPoint presentations with a live video stream, as well as methods for displaying live video separate from the conference room. This technique can also be utilize for creating a video conference within the conference room as well as full-duplex ability to speak simultaneously.

The workshop will last approximately 1 hour and will give all the information needed to set up live video streaming inside your conference room within just a few minutes.

A workshop will be held online on Thursday, December 20 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm Central time. This workshop will extend your knowledge, boost your skills, and allow you to meet people that share your same interests. Steven Hoffmann of Talking Communities will be presenting this workshop on the use of free services and utilities. Everything discussed is 100% free on the Internet and will save you time and money in a variety of aspects both in your professional and your personal life.

Talking Communities Document Center
This course allows guest users to enter  

Friday December 7, at 5:30 pm Eastern (4:30 Central,2:30 Pacific)

A 1-hour workshop on the use of the Document Center in a Talking Communities Virtual conference room. Learn how to upload and display PowerPoint, Word, Excel, images, and PDF files. Understand how to upload recorded archives and sessions to be made available on demand to anyone. Learn how to use the Replay feature to play a recorded presentation to a live audience as if it were being done live in the room. And learn the secret of the Private Document Center to allow you to upload an unlimited amount of documents and archives to your own domain.

Replay Feature Workshop
This course allows guest users to enter  

On Monday December 10th at 10:00 am Central (11am EST), Talking Communities will be giving a free workshop training on how to efficiently use recorded material in a live conference room. The replay feature allows you to create recorded presentations and then play the presentation in a conference room to a live audience over and over.

If you often do the same presentation many times to different groups of people, then this workshop is a MUST. This will save you an enormous amount of time, ensure that your presentation is ALWAYS perfect, and allow you to expand by permitting others to give YOUR presentation live to an audience in other conference rooms.

WhiteBoard Workshop - Training

On Wednesday, December 12 at 10:00 am Central (11am EST), Talking Communities will be presentaing a workshop on how to effectively use the WhiteBoard in a conference room. This is a free workshop designed for Talking Communities customers to understand all the features of the conference WhiteBoard.
