Useful Utilities:
- PDF Document Center Plugin: Run this to upload and convert PDF files in the Document Center
- Recording Editor: This utility allows you to edit a Talking Communities recording, altering or removing slides or websites that were displayed or text chat that was typed.
- Recording CD Converter: Instantly convert any Talking Communities recording to a folder that can be burned to a CD, creating an auto-play CD that plays the recording in full screen on any PC.
- Recording WMA converter: convert any Talking Communities recording into a WMA recording which maintains all slides/websites and text chat that was recorded and can be uploaded to any website.
- Clear Cache utility: a simple utility that when run, clears Internet Explorer cache. This is helpful when a PowerPoint presentation or document has been modified and re-uploaded to the document center, but still displays the old version in the conference room due to IE caching.
